**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in childcare, lesson planning, and curriculum development. As a Teacher, you will play a key role in providing quality education and care to students. **Duties:** - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans - Provide nurturing care to toddlers and preschool-aged children - Create engaging activities to support learning and development - Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum design and implementation - Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents - Implement early intervention strategies when needed - Foster a safe and supportive learning environment **Qualifications:** - Previous experience working with students in a classroom setting - Proficiency in literacy education for young children - Knowledge of daycare regulations and child welfare standards - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners **Nice-to-Have Skills:** - Experience in early childhood education - Familiarity with child development theories - Certification in early childhood education or related field This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners' lives while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
