Jaken Medical Inc. is a cardiology and radiology equipment, supplies, and accessories distributor. We are in Chino, California and have been in business since 1997.

We are looking for a multitasking professional who can efficiently handle customer inquiries, manage accounts receivable processes, and contribute to the overall success of our business. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers regarding product information, orders, billing inquiries, and other concerns.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Manage accounts receivable functions including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or billing issues in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to address customer needs and maintain positive relationships.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service and/or accounts receivable preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
