Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a [ HR Specialist ] located in [Shanghai, China]. What a typical day looks like: Be responsible for regular regional reports. Coordinate in regional HR projects with internal and external clients. Explores the external market and internal best practices and implements appropriate best practices & innovations in the organization. Monitor the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant. Administration coordination support. Other tasks assigned by manager. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: 0-2 years of professional HR experience. Master, major in English is highly preferred. Familiar with project management. Fluent in spoken and written English. Proficient in Microsoft office software, excel, PPT etc. A result-driven, an out-of-the-box thinker and solutions-oriented individual adept at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and embrace working collaboratively with a high- energy group of individuals. Able to engage, influence and work closely with stakeholders across a diverse audience.
