What you'll do as: Human Resource Manager
- State Tax Regulations
- Health Regulations, experience with COBRA, FMLA - short and long term disability
- Order Entry, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
- Tally 401 K
- Demonstrates leadership, Analyzes data to make informed decisions, exercises sound judgement, coaching, and conflict problem solving
The preferred candidate might:
- 5 years in Human Resource Management
- Payroll experience and Microsoft office applications
- Human Resource Certificates preferred (e.g, PHR/SPHR, SHRM, HRCI)
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources
- Safety Procedures knowledge
