Minty Dental Boutique is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Chicago, IL

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in a dental office and be familiar with dental office procedures, terminology and dental codes.

Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and emails, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Maintain patient records, including insurance information and treatment plans
- Obtain multiple dental benefit breakdowns in a efficient manor.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient confidentiality

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficiency in dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open dental.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and scheduling procedures
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a dental office

Joining our team as a Dental Receptionist offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment while utilizing your administrative skills.
