Thornton Heights Terrace, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility, has an exciting job opportunity for a housekeeping supervisor. As a supervisor you are responsible for overseeing all housekeeping staff and their job responsibilities. These include, but are not limited to, the following: Cleaning/dusting/polishing furnishings, fixtures, ledges, window treatments, bathroom fixtures, lights, and room heating/cooling units in resident rooms and assigned common areas; sweeping, dusting, moping, stripping, waxing, buffing, and disinfecting floors; vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting carpeting; washing, wiping, dusting, and cleaning all walls and ceilings and non-carpeted floors; discarding trash into proper containers; and working with residents to maintain their living area in a safe and clean conditions.

ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE HOUSEKEEPING AND SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE. SOME EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH INDIVIDUALS WITH MENTAL ILLNESS IS PREFERRED.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
