Role Description:As a Mechanical Construction Manager at Soben, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing mechanical construction projects from inception to completion. Your expertise will ensure successful execution, adherence to timelines, and high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, timelines, and schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Leverage your solid understanding of mechanical systems, equipment, and construction practices.
- Resolve technical challenges and make informed decisions to optimize project outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and control costs.
- Collaborate with financial teams to ensure financial viability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct inspections and address any deviations promptly.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications and contractual requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) in mechanical construction management or related field.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in reading construction drawings and interpreting isometrics.
- Ability to resolve construction-related problems effectively
