Role Description:As a Mechanical Construction Manager at Soben, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing mechanical construction projects from inception to completion. Your expertise will ensure successful execution, adherence to timelines, and high-quality outcomes. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a solid understanding of mechanical systems, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, timelines, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Leverage your solid understanding of mechanical systems, equipment, and construction practices.
  • Resolve technical challenges and make informed decisions to optimize project outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and control costs.
  • Collaborate with financial teams to ensure financial viability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct inspections and address any deviations promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications and contractual requirements.
Preferred Qualifications/ Relevant Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in mechanical construction management or related field.
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in reading construction drawings and interpreting isometrics.
  • Ability to resolve construction-related problems effectively
