Northwoods Best Inn is Hiring a Front Desk/Night Auditor Near Chetek, WI
The ideal candidate for this position is an outgoing individual who enjoys working with people of all ages. Ideal candidates should also possess outstanding customer service, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and excellent conflict-resolution skills. Candidates should also feel comfortable delivering and enforcing safety rules, regulations and cash handling.

Duties for a Hotel Front Desk team member may include but are not limited to:
- Cash Handling
- Answering phones
- Taking reservations, via phone, or in person
- Programming room keys
- Wake-up calls
- Assisting guests with Check-in and Check-out procedures
- Communicating guest's needs to other departments
- Housekeeping
- Laundry
- Cleaning the lobby and other common areas of the hotel
- Setting up and stocking the breakfast area
- Snow removal/lawn care
- Completing any special projects given by the general manager on duty
- Following the opening and closing lists for each area
- Cross training in other departments and areas
Front Desk Shift available 11 pm to 7 am
part-time Position available. 56/hrs pay period
Set days will require holidays and weekend rotations.
