POSITION: Carpenter Level 2Purpose Of PositionParagon Construction is currently seeking a two highly motivated carpenters with 2-4 years experience for for our Kitchen & Bath and Outdoor Living Teams. You will be involved in preparing and protecting our customers' homes, demo, framing, and installations of 1) cabinetry & trim (Kitchen & Bath) or 2) windows, doors, decking, railings, under-deck skirting, under-deck drainage system, exterior trim and siding (Exterior & Outdoor Living.)

What The Position Qualifications Are
- Fundamental on-the-job carpentry experience.
- On-the-Job Experience in using power tools.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to/from the office each workday.
- 5-day Work Week (no weekends)
- Flexible PTO and Holiday Schedule (observed paid holidays)
