Paragon Construction is currently seeking a highly motivated and experience kitchen and bath remodeling craftsman or woman. As a High-Quality Kitchen and Bath Installer, you will contribute to creating beautiful and functional living spaces while ensuring the utmost satisfaction of our clients. Your expertise and commitment to excellence will be instrumental in the success of our kitchen and bath renovation projects and our team. Your attention to detail, craftsmanship, and expertise will ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. Initially, you will work with our existing kitchen and bath lead craftswoman and her team, but ultimately will work with your own team as well as our designers/customer advisors, project managers, and clients to deliver exceptional kitchen and bath installations.

• Construction and Installation: Proven experience as a kitchen and bath installer or similar role in the home improvement industry.
• Plans:  Proficiency in reading and following blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards during all construction phases. In conjunction you’re your project manager, implement proper safety precautions to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of the construction team and clients.
• Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with the Kitchen & Bath Team’s designer/customer advisor, project manager, and other construction team members to understand project requirements, timelines, and budget constraints. Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
• Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with and as part of a team.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail in all aspects of kitchen and bath remodeling. Ensure that completed projects meet or exceed client expectations and Paragon's standards.
• Physical stamina: Due to the nature of this roll you will need the ability to lift and maneuver cabinetry and other heavy objects.
• Equipment and Tool Maintenance: While the Company will provide all tools and equipment you will need, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing tools, equipment, and machinery used. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure proper functioning and longevity of tools.

• Proven experience as a kitchen and bath installer or similar role in the home improvement industry.
• Solid understanding of construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations related to construction.
• Knowledge of various countertop materials, cabinetry, plumbing, and electrical work related to kitchen and bath installations.
• Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Ability to interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to lead and delegate and ability to handle unexpected challenges during construction.
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability and willingness to help other team members develop their skills to better assist you in your objectives as a Kitchen & Bath remodeler. 
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to/from the office each workday.
