McC Management LLC is Hiring a Leasing Professional Near Cheney, WA

Manages and directs the community’s marketing, print and internet advertising, sales activities, leasing, and other resources to achieve established revenue, occupancy, resident retention, and leasing goals and objectives.

  1. Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community’s revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks, preparing the lease and move-in package, and ensuring a smooth resident move-in and lease signing. 
  2. Inspects apartments prior to resident move-in and ensures apartments are in move-in ready condition and schedules any outstanding items to be addressed with the maintenance team. 
  3. Stays informed about current market and competitor conditions that may impact the community’s occupancy and sales results, develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans and goals to sustain occupancy, and follows the community’s established policies related to concessions, specials, and other programs to boost occupancy.
  4. Actively participates in the leasing process by generating and monitoring traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in procedures in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  5. Oversees the lease renewal program, including sponsoring various resident lease renewal functions, managing the communication and notification process, and assisting with resident move-outs as necessary.

Working Conditions: Incumbents work in an office environment, but also may have frequent exposure to outside elements.
