Responsibilities include day to day items such as prepping & running a smooth shift, team building & leadership capabilities, learning all of our inventory systems, ordering, Toast Point of Sale, Toast Tables, as well as Adobe In Design. Encouraging our team to engage in selling whiskey, wine, & food offerings by incentivizing sales goals, etc. We are looking for a professional that also has a life outside of work. Our managers work an average of 48-50 hours per week with 2 days off in a row. A love of food and organization is a must! Communication is key since we have a retail shop and a restaurant under one roof.
