Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner

Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options

Take accurate food and drink orders from guests

Enter orders into the POS system

Serve food and drinks to guests in a professional and efficient manner

Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests

Process payments using cash register or POS system

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Follow all food and safety guidelines

Experience Recommendations:

Previous experience in a similar role preferred

Strong knowledge of food service procedures and standards

Familiarity with Toast POS or similar POS systems

Excellent guest relations skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Basic math skills for handling payments accurately

Experience with OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus
