MSi Workforce Solutions is Hiring a Network Engineer Near Chattanooga, TN
Location: Chattanooga, TN 37402 or Knoxville, TN 37902 - This position is hybrid, and the office locations are in either Knoxville or Chattanooga. Hybrid schedule is really flexible, but during potential on call rotations as well as some other work around projects, this candidate needs to be near one of those locations.

The T&I Network Services team has a great number of ongoing projects along with a large amount of operational demand on our team. An additional resource is needed to fulfill all of our project and operational responsibilities in a timely manner.
Responsibilities/Knowledge
- Ability to manage or participate on complex issues impacting the infrastructure.
- Advanced knowledge of Cisco Router, Switch Firewall, UCS, Avaya Voice, F5 Load Balancing, RSA Authentication.
- In depth knowledge and understanding of a broad range of management, compute and networking technologies.
- Ability to work with or lead a cross-functional team of IT professionals.
- Must have an in-depth working knowledge of high availability systems and/or critical infrastructure.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, business administration, or related field of study
- or equivalent education, training & experience.
- Several years of comprehensive experience in supporting the operation of large, multi-dimensional systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of transformation impact, change management, and business metrics.
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and intervention skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to challenge and influence teams in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment while dealing diplomatically with internal and external partners.
- Must be able to maintain elevated clearance such as, but not limited to NERC CIP, sensitive, and/or fitness for duty clearances.
- Candidate will have some experience in technologies such as SD WAN, Cisco DNA Center, AWS, or web proxies.
- Experience with Cisco networking is required.
- Experience with F5 load balancers is a plus.
