HCP Talent is collaborating with a Long-Term Care/Rehabilitation facility (108 beds) in Chatham Township, NJ 07928 that is seeking a experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) for a full-time Day shift position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain the business and organizational side of the facility.
• Monitor the centers financial reports and implement corrective action as required.
• Lead, guide and direct the nursing center department heads who are direct reports.
• Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to ensure favorable public relations.
• Create an environment where employees are highly engaged, abide by core values, and focus on providing the highest level of care and compassion to patients/residents.
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing center.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be a LNHA
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience
