IT Manager
Location: Chaska, MN, 55318
Jonaco Machine is seeking an experienced IT Manager/Network Administrator to maintain and optimize the company's computer and technology systems, ensuring efficient and uninterrupted operations.
- Support, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular system backups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements or upgrades.
- Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring data security and integrity.
- Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration settings and user manuals.
- Head up the procurement and deployment of new technology assets.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in system administration.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role in a manufacturing organization
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and group policies
- Familiarity with programming software such as Mastercam
- Familiarity with INFO Visual Software, including report writing and editing
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Certification in Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or similar is a plus
