Compensation: $4 an hour tips
minimum hourly wage of $15 an hour
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Church and Union Charlotte is looking for a self motivated individual with excellent people skills. Must be able to hold a crowd in a high volume environment. As an employee you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards.
Responsibilities and requirements:
- clean bars, work areas and tables
- serve wine, bottle/draft beer, craft cocktails
- stock bar with beer, wine, liquor
- slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks
- have full knowledge of all menus and beverage menus
- proper set up and breakdown of area and service station
- prepare beverages quickly and efficiently following written and visual standards
- follow service standards at all times
- demonstrate excellent teamwork with other departments
-Minimum 2 years experience high-volume craft cocktail
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
