You will be responsible for elevating our strategy to accelerate organic growth and margin expansion by driving Portfolio Management Excellence. This position will support active portfolio management projects across the Honeywell enterprise.

To excel in this role, you should be able to effectively lead and influence teams to drive priorities across all business functions and deliver on time and on budget. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized, able to build rapport with colleagues. 

Key Responsibilities

·Lead and oversee the program management office for Offering Management initiatives.

·Develop and implement program management strategies and best practices

·Ensure compliance with program management standards and guidelines

·Manage program performance metrics and reporting

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program success

·Provide leadership and guidance to the program management team

·Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

·Conduct program reviews and identify areas for improvement

·Lead and drive strategic initiatives to enhance program management efficiency and effectiveness

·Prioritize building a strong infrastructure for the program management team

·Focus on developing and implementing processes, tools, and systems to support program execution and team growth
