- Must be local and able to work on-site 5 days per week
- This role will focus primarily on providing hardware support and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Manage iPad devices, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to configure and support iPad devices for end-users.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate technical information effectively.
- Proficiency in desktop support, including hardware setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Familiarity with the AMP platform
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
