In this hands-on, design-focused role, you'll have the opportunity to directly shape customer and employee facing experiences in support of our transformation strategy. Craft and influence content design and solutions for an internal employee application transformation.
Content Designer
Locations: Charlotte, NC or Wilmington, DE or Des Moines, IA, (hybrid schedule)
12 months initial contract, potential for conversion to permanent employment
Skills:
*Content Strategy or Content Design experience in the marketing space, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
*Demonstrated experience with tools such as: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools.
*Experience in user interface design and/or user experience design for complex multi-step experiences.
*Knowledge of design principles, standards, and best practices.
*Experience designing with existing design systems and brand standards using consistent style, layout, and format.
*Financial or similar complex industry experience preferred.
*Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to synthesize feedback from both product and technical channels.
*Alternate: 2 - 4 years' experience with copy writing across various channels to create cohesive customer communications via contact center, digital communication, and self-serve experiences.
