We are seeking an Auto Body Repair Technician with a strong focus on quality and production. Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience and have own tools. I-Car certifications are preferred but not necessary for employment. Candidate must be able to work at production shop pace and be able to demonstrate consistent quality. Position is full time. Candidate must be dependable, adaptable, and willing to help train others and contribute to a positive shop environment. References are required.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform all body work listed on repair orders

Work on at least two vehicles at a time to eliminate delay due to flash time of materials

Cooperate in management's training efforts to develop new employees skills

Complete all work to the point of being ready for the paint line

Use all materials in a judicious manner

Follow all safety rules and regulations as defined by management

Maintain the quality standards established by management
