Sales Coordinator

A sales coordinator uses his or her sales experience and leadership skills to motivate sales staff, handle administrative duties, and promote customer satisfaction. The sales coordinator will support sales representatives and coordinate sales-related activities but is not responsible for selling products. A sales coordinator for Irish Boat Shop will have the following qualities and experience:

Customer Service - Greet, Serve, Follow-up, Communicate

Communication - Email, Phone, Text, In-Person, Active Listening Skills

Service - Learn our business, Answer Questions, Be willing

Work Habits and Environment - Be able to handle interruptions and resume tasks, Keep work station clean and organized, Be able and willing to walk around, greet customers, climb in boats, etc.

Computer Systems - Make use of all programs and systems to keep organized and allow for ease of communication, Typing, Comfortable with multiple programs

Attitude - Helpful, Reliable, Willing, Team-focused, Engaging, Takes Ownership, Positive

The person who will be successful in this position will be someone who enjoys variety in their work tasks, wants to contribute at a high level, and wants a place to love, grow, and be.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
