- Manage all daily retail operations, including sales, inventory management, employee management and customer service.

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising store staff to maintain a high level of customer service and operational excellence.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute promotional activities and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the overall shopping experience.

- Previous experience in retail management or a related field is preferred.
