Title: Process Safety Engineer

DSJ Global is currently partnered with a leading Chemicals company who is looking to add an experienced Process Safety Engineer to their team.
Essential Functions:
- Lead and participate in process hazard analyses (PHAs), safety integrity level (SIL) studies, MOCs, Facility Siting Studies, and PSSRs as required.
- Participate in and/or lead incident investigations related to PSM/RMP-covered processes. Ensure that root causes are properly identified and appropriately addressed.
- Continually monitor the status of all PSM program elements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement, including identifying areas where additional support and/or training is needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a large, petrochemical plant operation
- Ethylene plant operations experience is preferred
- B.S in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
