In this role you will build key relationships, as well as develop and execute customer specific strategies to maintain and grow current customer accounts.
Responsibilities:
**Please note this is not a remote position and the compensation is base salary/no commission)
Required Skills and Experience:
3 years of experience in managing accounts in a contract manufacturing environment (prefer in injection molding plastics, packaging or similar industry), strong technical and analytical skills, strong business acumen, willing to travel regionally as needed, ability to balance the needs of the customer with those of the business, detail oriented with strong written, verbal and presentation skills, inquisitive nature, ability to build trust and strong relationships, ability to work cross-functionally at all levels both internally and externally, ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work under tight time constraints, solution oriented problem-solving skills. Strong collaborative nature that facilitates team work and enhances communication cross-functionally. MS Office, CRM system experience. Proven experience in new account generation.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related field preferred or equivalent education and experience.
