**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and excellent customer service skills.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage all aspects of tenant relations, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high tenant satisfaction.

- Conduct property viewings, lease signings, and move-in/move-out inspections.

- Oversee rent collection, lease renewals, and enforcement of lease terms.

- Maintain accurate records of property-related finances and activities.

- Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed to ensure properties are well-maintained.

- Market available units to prospective tenants and handle the leasing process.

- Implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.

**Experience:**

- Excellent phone etiquette and customer relationship management abilities.

- Experience with TurboTenant or similar property management software is preferred.

- Ability to handle conflict management effectively.
