Job Responsibilities :
- Make Ready / Turning apartments
- Repair and maintaining the grounds
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Drywall repairs
- Painting
- Appliance repair
- Preventative maintenance
Job Requirements :
- General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance
- HVAC / CPO Certification and knowledge is not required, but always a plus
- Must have your own set of tools
Compensation $18-22 / hr. Depending on experience level and certifications
