DESCRIPTION
Under the supervision of the VP of Sales, the Sales Manager is responsible for managing their respective office on the following: overall sales, key metric, creating systems and ensuring the implementation of said systems as well as daily functions that come along with their role. This person will be responsible for driving MLMs vision, culture, and goals daily. The Sales Manager will lead by example and must be comfortable with both positive and negative performance management evaluations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Researching the local market and using the data to forecast sales and performance goals of their team
Leading daily meetings to inform and motivate their team.
Ensuring effective training programs for sales representatives
Manage the team on a daily basis using multiple techniques

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates outside 30% of the time within a defined territory and in office/administrative 70% of the time.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is a physical role that will be expected to work outside within all elements. Must have the ability to lift, pull and push up to 100 pounds.
POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full time position. Code red and other business hours will apply as needed.
