We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Negotiate and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Provide technical sales support to customers, answering questions and providing product information
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for account growth and expansion
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using technology for sales purposes.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
