Cherokee Federal is Hiring a Site Manager Near Chamblee, GA

Site Manager 

***This position requires an active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance to be considered. ***

A Site Manager will be responsible for the direct management of personnel oversight on a shift schedule. This position involves coordinating and supervising the activities of the team working during the shift, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. The Site Manager will be tasked with implementing operational procedures, addressing any issues that may arise, and collaborating with other managers to achieve overall organizational goals.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Starting Salary for Site Manager: $54,866 annually
  • Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. 
  • Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Site Manager Responsibilities Include: 

  • Manages the day-to-day site operations for assigned contract requirements. 
  • Plans and schedules work assignments ensuring adequate staff. 
  • Prioritizes work efforts and personnel in order to provide timely service and minimize any potential customer concerns. 
  • Assists program manager with hiring and training personnel.
  • Recommends, documents, and oversees policies and procedures.
  • Coordinates with the Program Manager to ensure all activities are completed and reported properly. 
  • Manage Team Attendance
  • Conduct Corrective Action Counseling 
  • Coordinate with onsite IRS management.
  • Performs other job-related duties as required.

Site Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: 

  • HS education required and 2-3 years of management & personnel training experience.
  • Excellent team management/leadership skills.
  • Greatly developed problem analysis and critical thinking experience. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to plan and execute projects.
  • Highly driven, self-managed individual who demonstrates initiative. 
  • Ability to proactively assess and mitigate risk.
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques and experience preferred. 
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
