Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as either a Marketing Intern or a Part-Time Marketing Professional. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real estate and marketing industry while working closely with experienced professionals. The selected candidate will assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brokerage and listings, enhance brand awareness, and engage with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist in the creation of property brochures and other printed media.

-Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote listings, open houses, and special events.

-Develop content for various marketing channels, including social media platforms, email newsletters, websites, and print materials.

-Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and initiatives to attract and retain clients.

-Provide administrative support as needed, including organizing marketing materials, managing databases, and assisting with event planning.

-Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.

-Help with other miscellaneous needs on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications:

-For interns: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

-For part-time professionals: Hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

-Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

-Proficiency in MailChimp or related software is a plus

-Basic understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with a desire to learn and grow in the field.

-Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.

-Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

-Photo and video editing experience is a plus but not required.

-Must be willing to work in the office in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.

-Must be willing to occasionally travel to properties in the area.

Compensation:

-Hourly wage: $13 - $15 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

-Part-time position: Approximately 15-20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate academic commitments (for interns) or other commitments (for part-time professionals).
