Accounting Clerk – Full time –

About us:
Cuba Travel Services, Inc. (CTS) is licensed by the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) as an authorized Travel Service Provider (TSP) specializing in travel to Cuba. We offer full service travel arrangements to individuals, groups, families, educators, students, professionals and organizations, under Specific or General Licenses issued by the U.S. Treasury Department.

On the Job:

Perform accounting and clerical functions to support accounting team.

• Accounts payable duties included
• Credit card chargebacks, refunds, voids, disputes, research, correspondence, and follow-up
• Merchant account reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve customer queries
• Communicating with customers and staff via phone, email, or mail
• Summarize merchant activity and input in QuickBooks
• Maintain travel visa inventory
• Distribute travel visa's to various locations
• Secure travel visa inventory
• Miscellaneous data input and other duties as assigned

What you need to succeed at CTS:

• Proficiency in Excel & QuickBooks
• At minimum 3 years of accounting experience
• Must speak Spanish
• Administrative management experience in a business setting, organizing and filing documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management capabilities

Work hours are: Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm.

Full-time opportunity with full benefits: medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D, vacation/sick/holiday pay. Eligible to join 401k after 1 year/1,000 hours.
