Currently, Stouse is undergoing a significant transformation to a technology enabled packaging converter and label printer. Significant capital investment has been made to create a paperless digital workflow, enabling speed and significant cost reduction.

The Role

We are currently seeking team-oriented and energetic customer service professionals. The Customer Success Representative coordinates all activities of the company in dealings with customers including; quotes, processing orders, expedited orders, problem resolution, and communicates the requirements of our customers to all departments as needed. All candidates who apply must have the ability to excel in a fast paced environment with a high volume of daily calls.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Receiving customer calls and emails and developing plans to resolve issues
  • Answering questions about Stouse products
  • Providing or requesting product quotes
  • Requesting catalogs and samples for customer
  • Assisting customers on ship dates, rushes and freight
  • Handle multiple responsibilities at one time
  • Take initiative and resolve and escalations or complaints.
  • Maintain a positive representation of the company at all times.
  • Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

 Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Post high school education preferred
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Windows PC applications including MS Office and the Internet
  • Ability to apply common sense in a variety of problem situations in arriving at appropriate course of corrective action
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and drive projects to full completion
  • Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking and customer focus is required
