Cascade West Veterinary Hospital is looking for a part-time Client Service Representative to join our wonderful team! Cascade West is a well-established mixed animal hospital located in beautiful Centralia, WA.

Ideal candidate:

* Ability to be flexible with scheduling which may include weekends and holidays.

* Familiar with Ezyvet practice management software is a definite plus.

* Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.

* Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in a veterinary setting or a front desk position.

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

* Greeting clients and patients.

* Handling multiple busy phone lines.

* Scheduling appointments and surgeries.

* Process transactions.

* Obtain patient histories.

* Client education.

* Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of our hospital.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* Computer experience is required.

* Ability to multi-task and be proactive with problem resolution suggestions.

* Critical thinking skills.

* Ability to triage, prioritize, and possess excellent time management skills.

* Close attention to detail is crucial.

* Ability to communicate with staff and clients in a professional and respectful manner
