Job Overview:

Duties:

• Responsible for accurately completing job specific paperwork to convey all utilized inventory on work orders
• Document accurate mileage, any issues, take pictures of completed work, and total hours for each project file
• Evaluate original work order to detect any deviations and update as needed Perform general carpentry tasks such as cutting and measuring materials using hand held and/or electrical power tools
• Install baseload materials such as ASHRAE fans, led blubs, light electrical repairs, and water saver

Qualifications/Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

• Effective use of time management
• Familiarity with basic carpentry tools
• Knowledge of local regulations / IHWAP Field Standards Guide (obtain after begin employment)
• Willingness to travel with occasional overnight(s) within the State of Illinois
• Attend training classes locally and throughout the State of Illinois
• Ability to work with the public competently, confidently, and professionally
• Successfully work under direct and/or indirect supervision
• High School Diploma or GED or higher level of education
• Ability to lift over 40 pounds
• Valid Illinois Driver's License

***Pay rate will be adjusted to reflect education and/or experience and additional raises are given upon demonstration of strong work ethic***
