```Duties```
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take customer orders and process payments using a cash register or POS system
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about menu items
- Upsell additional products or specials to customers
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes as needed
```Qualifications```
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating change
- Experience with POS systems, preferably Toast POS
- Previous sales or customer service experience in a food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of culinary terminology and food preparation is a plus
We are looking for a friendly and energetic individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and occasional lifting of heavy objects. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is also required.
