Samaritan Health is Hiring an Assistant Nurse Manager Near Center, NY

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred and currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York state. BLS certified or obtained within 3 months. Minimum of three years acute nursing experience preferred. Previous experience as a charge nurse/preceptor/inservice develop­ment required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational ability. Charge nurse man­age­ment and leadership skills. Demonstrated clinical expertise in area standards. Ability to look at issues and the impact decisions have on the department. Must possess and demonstrate knowledge of the growth and development and appropriate means to provide care to the varied age groups, neonatal to geriatric for which he/she is responsible.Samaritan is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
