What We Look for in a Client Service Associate

  • Experience - Minimum of 3 years direct experience (no exceptions)
  • Knowledge - existing knowledge of financial terminology (IRA/Roth/Systematic/etc)
  • Organization - ability to quickly understand, prioritize deadlines, and be detail-oriented
  • Listening - ability ask questions to assure people and put them at ease
  • Reliability - follow through on commitments
  • Independence - Can take direction and execute without oversight
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Web Based Software); ability to learn in-house programs and tools

What Your Responsibilities are as a Client Service Associate

  • Interact with Clients - provide exemplary service for visiting clients or prospects
  • Fulfill Client Requests - schedule appointments, prepare account documentation or other service-related issues, and execute follow up through completion
  • Communicate with Clients - daily telephone, letters, and email communications
  • Self Improvement - must show desire for both personal and company opportunities for growth and improvement

Annual Salary: $65,000
