Phlebotomist I
Duration: 3-4 months
Shift/Time Zone: 6:30 am-12 pm Monday-Friday Rot Sat
Location: New Castle, PA 16101
State of Credentials Licenses Required: State of PA, however no credentials required for phlebotomy.
Job Description:
Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
Excellent phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric.
Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
Phlebotomy certification is preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
Work Experience:
Minimum of 6 months experience.
One( ) year of phlebotomy experience is preferred.
Customer service in a retail or service environment is preferred.
Keyboard/data entry experience is a must.
