We are looking for a dispatcher for our family owned and operated HVAC and refrigeration company. The perfect candidate will be customer-oriented and should be familiar with the Central Florida area. Daily responsibilities to include dispatching multiple technicians efficiently to pending service calls, which will involve matching the skill set of the technician to the call being dispatched. Problem-solving and making adjustments as needed is a part of our day every day. Our target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Generate quotes for incomplete service calls that need additional repairs or parts
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Skills

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
