Job Summary:
A busy primary care Family Medicine Clinic since 2009, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. You will have the full support of current physician and two NPs. The ideal candidate will provide primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on disease prevention and health promotion.
Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments
- Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and injuries
- Manage chronic health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and treatments
- Educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
