We are looking for a Floating Manager to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing assistance with orders and other related tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

· Develop customer relationships to build new business, maintain store profitability, and further brand loyalty and recognition

· Work to grow your location by leveraging business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtaining referrals, and participating in various local marketing efforts

· Make daily bank deposits and process customer payments

· Maintain office security and conduct proper opening and closing procedures, including management of cash, checks, and bank deposits

· Oversee account management and recovery processes while maintaining a focus on customer service to prevent loss and bad accounts

· Assist with selling vehicles that are turned in

· Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance, including limited Saturday hours, is required for this position. A full-time work schedule for this position includes a 40-hour work week. We are closed on Sundays. Each full-time employee should get 2-days off every week.

· Assist in running the store and day-to-day operations in the absence of the General Manager

Qualifications

· High School Diploma or equivalent required

· Minimum 2 years of experience and proven success in a Leadership Role

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for limited useage (mileage compensated)

· Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office products, and other systems

· Must be at least 18 years of age

· Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check

· Basic Vehicle assessments for value determination

· Physical demands for this position can include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, move about freely inside and outside of the store, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard and phone

· Lending experience highly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
