Rocket EMS is Hiring a Program Manager Near Carson, NV
RESPONSIBILITIES
- One or more accounts may be assigned to a Program Manager depending on size and or workload
- Direct customer interface
- Processing of all incoming customer documents
- Initiates RMA’s
- Reviews and approves Customer Change Orders
- Authorizes Purchases from Vendors
- Forecasting production capabilities and requirements to achieve customer-scheduling needs
- Tracks and manages work orders in WIP and be able to provide daily status to production control
- Initiates Change Control ECO, Deviations
- Initiates and Facilitate Technical Inquiries
- Understands customer documents and how they impact production, materials, cost and labor
- Full responsibility for continuous improvement of customer relationship performance metrics and customer satisfaction
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in management. 3-5 years of equivalent level of program management.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Quality driven committed individual with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple products and or customers in a dynamic environment
- The ability to communicate well with others and provide a high level of customer support
- Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Windows and Microsoft office Experience with MRP a plus
- Rocket tools (Voyager, Manex, quote process, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
