The ideal candidate must be comfortable in a fast paced, goal-oriented environment and have exceptional organizational skills. A normal day would likely include interactions with Sales Team members, internal administration, and Executive Leadership within Fireton.
Requirements: History of personal achievement, strong work ethic, exceptional communication & interpersonal skills. Experience should include at least 2-years of success in a sales administration role.

Requirements
POSITION OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Sales Support Professional is primarily responsible for helping direct and supporting the overall sales initiatives for Firetron in the DFW Marketplace. This includes:
· Support all divisions of sales within the company.
· Manage, prioritize, and distribute in-bound construction sales leads to the Construction Sales Team.
· Research and Gather lists of all prospective bidders for projects
· Utilize a CRM-type bid tracking system to identify bids and assign to sales team members
· Foster strong rapport with client and fellow employees.
· Handling administrative duties for the sales team.
· Assemble all required information to book a new project.
· Provide assistance to management team and executives, as needed.
· Research and Gather lists of all prospective bidders for projects.
· Maintain bid calendar(s) for the Sales Manager
· Maintain master bid log for all projects
· Run sales reports
· Prepare and Submit sold project data to Contract Administration for booking
· Arrange sales meetings, lunch and learns, and etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
College degree
Minimum 2-year successful Sales Administration experience
Willingness to learn and personal drive to overachieve
Self-disciplined with planning and organizational skills
Strong Interpersonal skills - including presenting and negotiating
Professional level communication both written & verbal
Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
