GM IN TRAINING is an opportunity to get you to that next level.
The General Manager (GM) leads the operation of the restaurant. As a GM, you'll have responsibility for the financial success of your restaurant, as well as managing staff, keeping customers happy, and adhering to health and safety mandates.
The role has a strong hospitality element, ensuring that the restaurant delivers high-quality food, drink, and good customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES to be Trained :
- Daily operations of restaurant
- Hiring and training a great team
- Managing all areas in front and back of house
- Ensuring food quality
- Managing food and labor cost budgets
- Ensuring your team provides great Customer Service
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness of the restaurant, inside and out
