Position Overview:

As an IT Support Intern at Najmee, you will be working to efficiently handle IT issues, provide initial diagnoses, and ensure seamless experiences for our clients. This position will develop skills in technical expertise, communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. Success in this internship can lead to a full-time position. This is an unpaid internship.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills with a solid understanding of IT systems and networks
• Working knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, iOS, Chromebook) and common software applications
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), especially Exchange Online, Azure AD, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Intune, OneDrive for Business and related Microsoft programs
• Security awareness and the ability to identify and address potential security threats
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Team player with the flexibility to adapt to changing environments
• Desire to learn and build on current skills
