A commercial real estate and property management company in sunny Carlsbad, CA is on the lookout for an experienced Property Manager to join their team fully onsite! They are looking for a property manager with at least 3 years of experience and knowledge of accounting procedures and a strong desire to grow with the company. You’ll be in charge of overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company’s diverse portfolio, including commercial HOAs. Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000 DOE
Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property management department
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of 35 properties
• Collaborate with the Property Manager Assistant and senior team members
• Handle tenant and owner inquiries and complaints
• Manage maintenance and vendor relationships
• Attend approximately six HOA meetings per year
• Eventually, take on emergency calls (approximately four per year)
• Assist with CAM reconciliations and budgeting
• Perform accounting duties including bank/CAM reconciliations and general ledger (eventually)

• 3-5 years of property management experience (commercial and HOAs)
• Accounting experience or general understanding of accounting is required
• Real Estate license is preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• No degree required
