- Develop & maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making processes
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable insights to senior management
- Develop and implement data structure best practices, improving data accessibility quality, and consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Prepare financial reports including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and financial performance metrics
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and provide recommendations to support strategic initiatives
- Streamline financial reporting processes by creating automated templates and dashboards and reducing manual efforts
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial plans
- Communicate and work with teams across multiple departments to achieve common goals
- Data accumulation & analysis of balance sheet and P&L accounts
- Utilize excel power query to extract, transform, and load data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability of financial information
- Deliver business-critical data and reports for internal and external stakeholders using tools like DOMO, Excel, PowerPoint, crystal and/or Insight software reports etc. as needed (Monthly/Quarterly reporting)
- Support, recommend and/or drive continuous improvement in reporting and automation of data collection, data management and analysis processes
- Other duties as assigned
- 3-5 years of progressive finance experience
- Advanced analytical & technical proficiency – including excel, Power BI, SQL, Power Pivot/Power Query
- Strong Understanding of general accounting principles
- Ability to work with large datasets
- Proven expertise in principles, design and procedural methods used in big data analysis
- Proven ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills, including strong detail orientation and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
- BS in Finance or Accounting
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
