· Leading middle through high school students to encourage their spiritual growth

· Implementing curriculum for programs & events for this age group

· Developing positive relationships with students and their parents

· Provide a Christian environment that encourages students to share ideas, emotions, and needs

· Share program plans and communicate through social media

· Communicate with Church Leaders

· Practice confidentiality and disclose to the pastor when appropriate

· Responsibilities are subject to change as the program develops and progresses

· Teaching Sunday School

· Model the Christian life to students

· Strengthen, grow, and develop the Youth & Children’s Ministry

· Motivate and encourage students to be involved in the life of the Church

· Work in a team environment as well as independently

· Communicate with the students of the Church in a relevant manner

· Encourage a flexible approach to the Youth & Children’s ministry so that it is fresh, relevant and effective to the students

· Expectations are subject to change as the program develops and progresses

· Sunday morning 9:30-12

· Occasional special schedules events with youth

Pay: $12.00 per hour
