Suntex Marinas is Hiring a Guest Services Attendant Near Canyon, TX
- To greet and create an environment where the guests will be welcomed in an appropriate manner
- Provides the highest level of customer and guest services, expedites any and all requests from customers
- Clean restrooms, office and other equipment and areas as requested
- Performs opening and closing job duties 5. To answer all the telephone calls and convey the messages correctly and promptly to the appropriate persons
- Being a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport and pricing.
- May have to operate cash register in an accurate and timely manner. 8. Resolve customer complaints.
- Maintains awareness of safety issues and reports them immediately to supervisor
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills – known as someone who goes above and beyond
- Must have a positive attitude
- Must have highly effective communication skills and time management skills
- Must be able to maintain a calm, positive attitude during periods of high activity
- Ability to manage multiple project simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Basic water safety skills
- Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must be able to work flexible hours on the needs of the property
- General accounting knowledge and basic understanding of financial statements;
